DESCRIPTION - My task with CrownTown Cakes was to capture the joy that baking brought the owner and communicate it through a logo. The owner was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and hoped to incorporate that in the name and image mark. Charlotte is known as the "Queen City" so I was able to adapt the crown that represents the city into a bakers hat that sits atop a face that shares the joy, spirit and exuberance of the owner.
