CLIENT - The Lodge at Cramer Mountain

PROJECT - Advertising, Art Direction, Branding, Marketing, Print, Signage, Social Media, Web, UX, UI
DESCRIPTION - After a successful campaign with the Cramer Mountain Club, I was challenged with helping to establish and communicate a new vision and brand for the main building facility that had been abandoned during the country club bankruptcy. The physical country club building served no direct purpose in the new family-centric model of the revitalized concept, but a developer saw future value in remodeling the space. His vision was to rehab the building and divide the main level into an executive office suite complex featuring 17 independently owned office suites. The lower level portion of the building would then serve the owners with amenities, including two dividable conference rooms, spa/beauty facilities, locker rooms, etc. The building itself had great bones but had been abandoned and only remained as a symbol of the past glory that the country club had once known. The character of the building was still strong and evident in the use of wood timbers and local stone in much of its elaborate construction. I decided to establish a logo that would capture one of the most recognizable and unique characteristics: the distinguished slate roofline over the porte cochere grand entrance. After establishing the tagline, "Escape to the Office", I built marketing material and began advertising the vision that you could enjoy both work and leisure with all of the amenities available through ownership at The Lodge at Cramer Mountain.

This project was very successful as it met all pre-sale goals, fully executed on all three development expansion phases and is currently fully occupied.
